Virtual reality experiences developed by researchers from the Virtual Human Interaction Lab at Stanford University. VHIL research has shown that VR is more effective than other media in developing soft skills, such as empathy and self-efficacy (Herrera et al, 2018; Queiroz et al., 2020).

-
According to a PWC study, after VR training for soft skills:
-
Users felt 275% more confident to act on what they learned — a 40% improvement over classroom and 35% improvement over e-learn.
-
3.75x more emotionally connected to the content than classroom learners, and 2.3x more connected than e-learners.
